Heard Mr. K. B. Pujara, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr. D. G. Shukla, learned advocate for respondent no. 3, Mr. R. R. Shah, learned advocate for respondent no. 4 and Mr. Janak Raval, learned AGP for respondent no. 1 State.
In pursuance of order dated 28/3/2012, today Mr. Shukla for respondent no. 3 has submitted that the respondent Government had called for details, including the name of petitioners, from respondent no. 3 GPSC and respondent no. 3, on 11/4/2012 has forwarded the name of the petitioners.
In furtherance of the said submission made by respondent no. 3, Mr. Raval, learned AGP has submitted that respondent Government has received the details and name of the petitioners from GPSC and further process is in progress. He also submitted that the Competent Authority has called the applicants for further process and if upon scrutinizing the whole process is found proper then subject to police inquiry and other formalities, appropriate order will be passed by the Competent Authority within two to three days.
Considering the submissions, the application is adjourned to 7th May, 2012.
Learned AGP shall place on record the necessary details about the decision taken by the competent authority on or before 7th May, 2012.
