(By Sri.M.S.Prathima, AGA for R-1) …Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-2 University to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.04.2018 vide Annexure-K and further direct to appoint the petitioner as requested in the representation and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed the endorsement dated 16.05.2018 (Annexure-L) issued by respondent No.2, by which petitioner’s grievance relating to issuance of experience certificate for the year 2017-18 in the Mysore University has been turned down since she was appointed in the Mysore University only on 09.03.2018.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent has pointed out from Annexure-F - Experience Certificate dated 06.07.2017 issued by Institute of Development Studies, University of Mysore that when petitioner was appointed by the Registrar of Mysore University during the period 2017-18, there is no infirmity in issuing the endorsement dated 16.05.2018 by the Registrar of Mysore University rejecting the petitioner’s grievance relating to issuance of Experience Certificate for the year 2017-18.
3. In the absence of material information that petitioner has worked for the disputed period, petitioner is not entitle to experience certificate. Thus, petitioner has not made out a case so as to interfere with the endorsement dated 16.05.2018 at Annexure-L. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Institute of Development Studies, University of Mysore to seek for appropriate issuance of Experience Certificate, if petitioner has really worked for the period 2017-18. Petitioner has not produced any materials in support of experience certificate during the period 2017- 18 whereas, she has produced experience certificate for the academic year 2016-17.
