Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State- Respondents no. 1,2,3 to 6.
The petitioner claims that he was selected by the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board in the year 2000 and was allotted Hindu Inter College, Nagina, District Bijnore. The petitioner occupied residential accommodation, which has been subsequently vacated and now retired from service on 31.03.2017 but he submits that his salary has not been paid from 01.01.2014 to 31.03. 2017 nor pension etc. is being paid.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 3 to look into the claim of the petitioner as to why salary and consequential pension is not being paid and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, as far as possible within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before it after due consultation with the Committee of Management as well as the D.I.O.S.
