Heard Dr. Neel Kamal Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.N. Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
The petitioner is claiming that he should be paid pension as per the Old Pension Scheme on his retirement on 15.10.2021.
The petitioner in this respect has submitted a representation dated 10.12.2018 to the Director, Higher Education (respondent No.3).
Sri B.N. Singh submits that the Director will suitably deal with the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2018 (filed as annexure-8 to the writ petition) in accordance with law, most expeditiously.
