The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to release his arrears of salary for the period from January, 2018 till date and to make regular payment of salary thereafter. The petitioner in respect of his claim is stated to have preferred a representation before the Principal, Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra on 02.08.2018, annexure-6 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Principal, Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra, respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 2.8.2018, annexure-6 to the writ petition, expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order in his office.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
