O R D E R Mr.K.Sundaram, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that against the endorsement dated 26.06.2018, an appeal lies before the Assistant Commissioner under Section 49 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that, in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today, the same shall be decided by the Appellate Court by a speaking order, after hearing the parties, within a period of one week from the date of filing of such an appeal.
