Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This petition impugns the order dated 16 April 2019 pursuant to which the petitioner has been asked to join at the Principal Health Center at Jaunpur. The Court notes that the order of transfer was assailed by way of Writ -A No. 3423 of 2019 (Dr. Rohit Lal Vs. State of U.P. And Others). That petition was disposed of on the statement of the petitioner that he would join the place of posting within 10 days and represent thereafter. The order impugned establishes that not only the order of transfer was not complied with even the undertaking given was violated.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
