Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The correction application is allowed.
In the fourth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 07.09.2018, after the word/ figure "120B IPC" and before words "PS Khalilabad", the words/ figures "15(3) Indian Medical Council Act and Section 6 of Indian Medical Degree Act", shall be read.
The order dated 07.09.2018 shall stand corrected accordingly.
