By order dated 23.2.2018 in Writ-A No. 6590 of 2018, the opposite party was directed to complete the departmental proceedings pending against the applicant expeditiously within a period of three months.
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by opposite party alongwith which the order passed in the disciplinary proceedings dated 31.8.2018 has been brought on record, whereby a censure entry has been ordered against the applicant and the proceedings have been dropped.
Since a decision has been taken in purported compliance of order of the writ court and therefore, the proceedings are consigned to record.
