1. After a departmental inquiry, an order of punishment dated 08.09.2017 has been passed for recovery of Rs. 86,047/- and another order dated 05.05.2018 has also been passed denying full salary during the period of suspension and confining it to the amount of subsistence allowance already paid. Against the said orders, petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing Claim Petition before U.P. Public Services Tribunal under Section 4 of U.P. Public Services (Tribunal) Act, 1976 and this fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. He also could not advance any substantial argument so as not to relegate the petitioner to avail aforesaid alternative remedy.
2. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
