1. The grievance of petitioner is that the mutation proceeding being Case No. 00156 of 2020, Computerized Case No. T2020054404400156) (Krishna Pratap Singh vs. Sohrab Ali), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before Respondent-1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasia, District Kushinagar since 2020 and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of six months from today.
