Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
By means of this contempt application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 non compliance of order of writ Court dated 11th November, 2019 passed in Writ- A No.- 17820 of 2019 has been complained of on the ground that in spite of the order passed by Tribunal allowing claim petition of the applicant, payment of salary of the revised promotional pay scale has been denied even though writ petition against that order of Tribunal has been admitted.
In the considered opinion of the Court mere admission of the petition and issuance of the notices does not amount to any interim order or any positive direction of enforcement of Tribunals' order.
No contempt in respect of the order of writ Court dated 11th November, 2019 is made out.
Contempt application is thoroughly misconceived and is consigned to records.
