This petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.21 of 2012 on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. The petitioners are challenging the F.I.R in Crime No.21 of 2012 on the ground that though the occurrence took place at Mumbai, the FIR was registered by the first Respondent Police in their jurisdiction. Subsequently, it was transfered to the Mumbai Police Station.
4. Therefore, this petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said FIR at Mumbai Jurisdiction.
