Shri B.N. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has got no instructions in this matter.
However, in view of the order dated 31.01.2011, it appears to us that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and he is not more interested to pursue the writ petition, which, in fact, is conceded by Shri Rai.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation aforesaid. However, in case anything survives, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek recall of this order.
