Short counter affidavit has been filed today, which is kept on record.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent No. 2 i.e. the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, 23 Allenganj, Praygraj not to call for interview those candidates, who have already attained the age of superannuation from service and complete the selection process against the advertisement no.3/2013 dated 03.11.2013 within a stipulated time.
Sri A.K.S. Parihar, appearing for the respondent No.2 on the basis of instructions received submits that none of the candidates, who have attained the age of superannuation are likely to be called for interview. In counter affidavit, filed today, it is stated that a formal decision is to be taken by the board shortly in this regard.
In view of the stand taken by the respondent No.2, no further grievance survives.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
