After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with liberty to approach the competent authority of the State in respect of petitioner’s grievance regarding release of his salary for the period 13.5.2015 to 16.5.2017.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
It goes without saying that in case such a claim is raised before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law.
