This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for records and quash order Dtd. 11.05.2016 vide Annx-F passed by R-2 and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.K.Chandranath Ariga, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Smt.H.C.Kavita, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondents.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the respondent No.2 during the pendency of the appeal.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned High Court Government Pleader submitted that the appeal pending before the respondent No.2 has been decided on 17.09.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
