JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.397 of 2016, on the file of the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent or any other independent investigating agency and direct them to complete the investigation and file a final report within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, on 20.09.2016 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.96 of 2016. He has also produced a xerox copy of the charge sheet before this Court.
4. Since the case was taken on file by the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition is not at all maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
