Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Civil Suit being Original Suit No. 1351 of 1990, Sukhdeo (since deceased) and others versus Rajpat and Others is pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, II, Jaunpur.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Court concerned to decide the above suit positively within a period of six months without granting unnecessary adjournment either of the parties, from the date the certified of this order is produced before him.
The petition is disposed of.
