This writ petition has been filed by Don Bosco English Medium High School rep. By its Correspondent Sri.D.Joshua Babu assailing the action of the respondents in not considering the representation submitted with regard to running of private school unauthorisedly i.e. Sri Vani (English Medium School) opposite to the school of the petitioner.
When the writ petition came up for admission learned Government Pleader for School Education takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner as to non-consideration of his representation dated 4.6.2010, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 4.6.2010 and take appropriate action regarding unauthorised functioning of Sri Vani (English Medium School) opposite to the school of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
