Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Arun Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 26.07.2018 passed in Writ A No.15599 of 2018 (Diwakar Dhar Dwivedi Vs. Union of India and 4 others) and order dated 28.02.2019 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.1147 of 2019.
Today when the matter is taken up, it is admitted between the parties that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
