Learned advocate Mr. Dagli states that this application is for bail under sec. 437(6) of Criminal Procedure Code and thereafter amendment has been made for bail under sec. 439 of CrPC and as per the Roster it may be placed before the appropriate Bench. The Registry is therefore directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
