Heard Sri Ramesh Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 2 and 3 and learned standing counsel.
The instant writ petition is filed solely with a prayer to issue a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to provide the correct copy of the mark-sheet of the petitioner of B.Sc. IIIrd year of the subject Botany and Zoology, adding the Botany practical marks. In this regard, the petitioner has already approached the respondent no.2/3.
With the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3, Controller of Examination, Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj, University, Kanpur U.P. to take a decision on the above issue raised by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, if possible within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed by the petitioner.
