At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the compromise took place between the parties, therefore, the applicant want to withdraw this application seeking permission to file a fresh petition with joint affidavit of the applicant and opposite party no.2.
The prayer is allowed.
The applicant is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh petition.
