Considering her submissions, question involved and raised in present petition requires detailed examination, hence, RULE.
Ad-interim relief in terms of Para 9(B) on condition with a direction to Petitioner to comply the provisions of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by paying last drawn salary to the Respondent from date of award i.e. 30th December 2008.
Notice as to interim relief returnable on 26 th April 2010.
In view of aforesaid order, after considering submissions made by both the learned advocates ad-interim relief granted on 26.03.2010 is confirmed till Special Civil Application is finally decided by this Court.
