JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
By way of Ad-interim relief, the impugned judgment and award dated 29.08.2011 passed by the Labour Court, Junagadh in Reference Case No.126/1999 shall remain stayed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount, as directed by the Labour Court in its award, with the Registry of this Court, within a period of two months from today.
2. Notice for confirmation of interim relief, returnable on 08.05.2012.
