District vs Chandubhai

In view of the order passed in Special Civil Application No. 6418 of 2012, the petitioner will move application for reinstatement. The recovery proceedings will be stayed for a period of two months from the date of this order. If the order of reinstatement is not passed, the authority will dispose of the recovery application.

With above observations, the petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to approach this court in case of difficulty.
