Notice as to interim relief returnable on 20.06.2012.
Order of Labour Court, Dahod dated 14.09.2009 passed in Reference [LCD} No. 871 of 2008 regarding continuity of service and back-wages is stayed. Reinstatement order will be passed within thirty days from today failing which it will be open for the applicant to claim regular salary as well as full back-wages. It is clarified that reinstatement will subject to result of the petition.
