1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking early date of hearing.

2. Under order 28.12.2004, the Court has already directed the office that the process of "Rule" may be made returnable in first week of August 2005. Thus, any other or further order is not required to be made.

3. The office is directed to take necessary steps to list the matter in the cause list of final hearing in view of order dated 28.12.2004.

4. With the aforesaid clarifications and directions, the application is disposed of.
