1. The present application is filed by the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days for treatment of ulcer in his stomach at a private dispensary at Bhavnagar.
2. A certificate issued by Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad is taken on record and also jail remarks are taken on record by the learned APP Mr. Patel.
3. At this juncture, learned Advocate for the applicant Mr. Kunal S. Shah seeks permission to withdraw the application. The permission is granted. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
