1. Heard learned advocate Mr.Joshi appearing for the applicant.
2. In present application, the applicant has prayed for below mentioned relief:
"7(A) This Hon'ble court may be pleased to fix the Special Civil Application No.23511 of 2006 for final hearing at an earliest date that is convenient to the Honourable Court."
3. This Court (Coram:K.S.Jhaveri, J.) passed order dated 31/03/2010 in Civil Application No.3098 of 2010 which reads thus:
"1. Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed in terms of paragraph 7(A). The application stands disposed of accordingly.
2. The main petition be listed for final hearing on 03rd May 2010."
4. In view of the above mentioned order, the office is directed to take necessary steps to list the petition in cause list of final hearing after keeping in focus the order dated 31/03/2010 passed in Civil Application No.3098 of 2010 and complying with the directions in the said order.
5. With the aforesaid clarification, present Civil Application stands disposed of.
