Heard Sri Abhishek Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime No.163 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 506 I.P.C, Police Station Bilaspur, District Rampur.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the Superintendent of Police, Rampur who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the Superintendent of Police, Rampur or any other official authorised by him shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed as expeditioulsy as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
