JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant, through jail, has filed this application for enlarging him on temporary bail for 30 days on the ground of repairing his house.
I have perused the papers produced before me. I have also heard learned APP.
Looking to the facts of the case, I am of the opinion that the grounds stated by the applicant is not proper and genuine.
Hence, in view of above, the application is required to be dismissed and hence it is dismissed.
