Hon'ble Manoj Misra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1; and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the first respondent to decide Appeal No. 2576 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the case had to be adjourned on account of Bar Association resolution which suggested that the Bar is not cooperating in the disposal of the proceeding.
