1. After arguing for some time, Sri Gopal Misra, learned counsel for petitioner states that dispute of seniority list etc. which has been raised in this petition, is already subject matter of consideration in writ petitions earlier filed by petitioner and are pending before this Court. He seeks permission to withdrawn this petition with liberty to seek necessary amendment in pending writ petitions.
2. Sri Rajesh Tewari, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 to 6 have no objection if aforesaid prayer is allowed.
3. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
