The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petition for restitution of conjugal rights, which ought to have been decided within a period of six months, was not being decided.
The order sheet reveals that notices were received by the opposite parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the opposite party has also put in appearance.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the case being Petition No.1012 of 2017 be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
