Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to record the name of the petitioner over the land in question, referred in para 1 of relief clause, in place of third respondent in pursuance of the order dated 20.11.2016 passed by Nayab Tehsildar, Sadar, Jaunpur under Section 34 of LR Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
