Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Principal Judge Family Court Bhadohi Gyanpur to decide the Maintenance Case No.F110 of 2019 (Dimple @ Pushtika Vs. Vikas Mishra), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Gyanpur, District Bhadohi within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant, is still pending since 02.04.2019 and since then, proceeding has been lingering-on, on one pretext or the other.
In view of the above, learned court below is directed to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
