On the matter being taken up today, Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. submits that final report has already been submitted in the matter and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous and the same is liable to be dismissed.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that leave may be accorded to avail the remedy as available in law.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
