1.0 This Court on 28.03.2012 passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant to take appropriate steps qua unserved respondents within four weeks from today failing which appeal stands dismissed qua unserved respondent/s.

Put up on 1st May 2012."

2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default.
