JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of this application, the applicants-original petitioners have prayed for fixing the main writ petition for final hearing.
2. Considering the fact that the main writ petition is of 2003 and many other matters admitted before the date of admission of this petition are pending for final hearing, the present application is dismissed. No order as to costs.
3. It would be open for the applicants to request the Court to file a fresh application for the same prayer in the week commencing from 16.07.2012.
