The grievance of petitioner is to decide the mutation Case No.T202116670500565 of 2021 (Dileep Kumar vs. Rajkumari), in respect of Arazi No.603 Minjumla, area 267.66 Sqr. Meter, which is pending before respondent no.2 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhadohi, District - Bhadohi, and the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the abovementioned case is pending and has not been decided till date, the same would be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, preferably, within a period of six months from today, provided there is no legal impediment.
Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes to appear before the competent authority concerned on each and every date either personally or through an Advocate.
