1. This writ petition is a letter sent by detenue from jail, which was registered in the year 2006. It was said the he has completed his sentence but has not been released from jail.
2. Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit, stating in para 4 that petitioner Digree S/o Ram Prasad has already been released from Central Jail, Varanasi on 9.9.1996.
3. In the circumstances, nothing survives.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
