The petition is fixed for final hearing on 04.05.2012.
2. The notice of hearing of this petition be advertised in 'Indian Express', Ahmedabad Edition and Sandesh, Ahmedabad Edition and Rajkot Edition. Publication of notice shall appear in the aforesaid newspapers, at least 10 days before the date of hearing so fixed.
3. Notice of hearing of the petition to be served upon Central Government through the Regional Director (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), ROC Bhavan, Opp. Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, pursuant to Section 394A of the Companies Act, 1956. Notice of hearing of the petition to the Regional Director shall be served at least 10 days before the date of hearing so fixed. Publication of notice in the Government Gazette is dispensed with.
