Heard Sri S.K. Verma, counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rishi Chadha for the respondent.
By impugned order dated 15.1.2019, the Prescribed Authority has declined to inspect the premises in dispute in proceeding under Section 21(1)(a) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972.
In considered opinion of the Court, the impugned order is an interlocutory order and which could be challenged along with final order passed in proceedings, when appeal is filed.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to examine the validity of the impugned order at this stage, but disposes of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same along with final order.
