(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) The counsel for the applicant pointed out that this Court had desired that the respondent No.2 Director of Municipalities should consider proposal of Dholka Nagarpalika for filling up the post of Safai Kamdar which are vacant in the sanctioned set-up of the Municipality within certain time framed. He submitted that though Municipality had made proposal, the Director has taken no decision on such proposal within the time permitted.

Issue notice to respondent No.2 only returnable on 11.5.2012. Direct Service is permitted.
