BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES
1. The Note for Speaking to Minutes has been moved by Mr.A.J.Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner in Special Civil Application No.6709/2012, indicating that there is a typographical mistake in order dated 08.05.2012, inasmuch that in Line No.3 on the first page of the order, instead of 'Block No.232', it has been wrongly mentioned as Block No.233.
2. It is stated that the correct Block number is 232, therefore, the necessary correction may be directed to be made.
3. Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, it transpires that there is, indeed, a typographical error in the said order, as pointed out in the Note, which requires to be corrected. Accordingly, it is ordered that :
In Line No.3 of the first page of the order dated 08.05.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.6709/2012, instead of the words 'Block No.233', it may be corrected to be read as Block No.232.
The amended Writ of the above-mentioned order be issued, forthwith.
The Note for Speaking to Minutes, is disposed of.
