Mr.S.N.Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicant-husband drew my attention to the relevant part in the impugned order passed by the Trial Court more particularly, the reason assigned by the Trial Court while fixing the monthly income of the applicant-husband.
None appeared for the respondent no.1 though served with the notice.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the matter requires consideration hence, RULE returnable on 10.05.2012 and on or before returnable date, the applicant shall deposit Rs.20,000/- with the Trial Court.
