2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 26.2.1998 passed by Shri G. S. Pandey, Addl. Sessions Judge, Varanasi dismissing the Criminal Appeal No. 43 of 1995 by which he has upheld conviction and sentence under Section 7/16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, in Case Crime No. 1774 of 1994.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
