Re-Writ Petition Sri Abhitab Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. An Application No. 2 of 2019 with the same prayer has also been filed, which is supported by the affidavit of the sole petitioner.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if there be any, shall stand discharged.
